Its tax season and you need a copy of your itemized receipt right? Most of our guests use credit cards so we will need the following information to expedite your request.

- The date you ate here, not the date the card was posted to your account
- Full name on your Credit Card used for transaction
- Type of card (Visa / MasterCard / AMEX) and last 4 digits of your card
- Fax number to send receipt

Large Reservation Policy: All Food and Beverage will be placed one check.
In order to reserve a table for parties of 10 or more guests, we require either a credit card number w/ expiration date or a check in the amount $15.00 to hold your reservation.
There will be no charges against your credit card or a deposit of your check UNLESS you and your number of guests do not show up.
We hold your table for 15 minutes – at that point – unless notified – the $15.00 charge will be collected from you check or credit card number on file and the reservation will be cancelled. 
If your entire party is not present within 30 minutes, we reserve the right to consolidate your guests and break up any unused tables.
A confirmation will be required within 24 hours of your event

Donations - Due to the large amount of donation request we receive on a daily basis we ask that any donation request be made by March 2012. All donation requests are to be directed to Greg Gedda. Unfortunately we exhaust all of our donation funds by this time and we would need any information regarding your fund by this time for the remainder of the year.
